New Client Process
Ready to get started? Great!
Contact me to make sure I am accepting new clients. Use the contact form or reach out via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also set up a time to chat (or we can discuss details via email) so that we both have clear expectations for your project.
After we chat, I'll send you a quote for your project along with details outlining what to expect from me. Depending on the scope of the project, I may also send you a questionnaire to nail down your specific style and needs. Editing a website has different needs than a manuscript review, for example, and therefore will require a different approach.
Schedule your project and pay a deposit. The deposit secures your place in the editing queue and makes sure that it will be prioritized on your preferred dates.
When the work is completed, I'll send you the revised document on time along with an invoice. You will have 2 weeks (14 days) to pay the invoice if you are a new client. For long-term or returning clients, we can work out a payment schedule.
