New Client Process

Ready to get started? Great!

Step 1:

Contact me to make sure I am accepting new clients. Use the contact form or reach out via email: You can also set up a time to chat (or we can discuss details via email) so that we both have clear expectations for your project.

Step 2: 


After we chat, I'll send you a quote for your project along with details outlining what to expect from me. Depending on the scope of the project, I may also send you a questionnaire to nail down your specific style and needs. Editing a website has different needs than a manuscript review, for example, and therefore will require a different approach.


Step 3: 


Schedule your project and pay a deposit. The deposit secures your place in the editing queue and makes sure that it will be prioritized on your preferred dates. 


Step 4: 


When the work is completed, I'll send you the revised document on time along with an invoice. You will have 2 weeks (14 days) to pay the invoice if you are a new client. For long-term or returning clients, we can work out a payment schedule.
